This one is for everyone, but especially loved by our dairy-free friends! A delicious and easy recipe that will taste great and be oh-so refreshing. Make at home or on the go in your RevablendTM this tasty treat is great for everyone!

 

Dairy-Free Raspberry Mango Mint Smoothie

The core of this is a fruit smoothie, but on the lighter side since we use water instead of milk. However, the mangos give you a really good thickness--great when poured over ice. The touch of sea salt, lime, and chunk of mint are tasty and delicious ways to add some flavor with no calories!  

All you need is:

  • 2 cups Fresh Raspberries, rinsed
  • 2 cups Cold Water
  • 1 1/2 to 2 Large Mangos, Peeled and Diced (1 to 1 1/2 cups diced)
  • 14-20 Spearmint Leaves, rinsed
  • 1 Lime, Juiced
  • A pinch of Sea Salt

Then you know how to work the Revablend non-electric blender

  • Add chilled ingredients to your Revablend. Twist by hand.
  • Tilt at a 30 degree angle and “Rev” across a flat dry surface to desired consistency.
  • Pour over 2-3 cups of Ice
  • Add natural Sweetener (Optional)

And voila a delicious tangy treat to wet your whistle!
